RISK PREVENTION NOTICES AND USAGE RULES

• It is advisable to wear comfortable/sporty clothing. Accessories that may compromise the safety of the user and other guests (necklaces, watches, rings, belts, wristbands, among others) are highly discouraged, and Feijão Verde Fun Park is not responsible for their loss or any damage caused by them.

• The use of non-slip socks is mandatory for children and adults.

• Safety areas must be kept free of obstacles.

• Some equipment has specific usage requirements (e.g., weight, height, or age of the user), so they can only be used by those who meet the safety parameters.

• In Indoor parks, children under 4 years old must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

• In Nature parks, children aged 3 to 11 must be accompanied by a responsible adult throughout the visit.

• Feijão Verde reserves the right to collect images in its space for management support, brand promotion, or exclusive sale to its customers.

• Individual use of the Fun Park is always subject to the maximum capacity of each park, to be assessed at the time of entry.

CONDITIONS of BIRTHDAY PARTIES

• When the customer exceeds the specified birthday time, a fee of 5 Euros per child will be charged for every 15 minutes of delay.

• Feijão Verde is responsible for any anomalies that may arise during the birthday party, which, in any way, limit or prevent its execution under the agreed terms and cannot be attributed, in legal terms, to the party organizer. In these cases, the customer is entitled to a full refund of the reservation fee paid or, alternatively, the rescheduling of the birthday party.

• In the case of amusement equipment being "out of service" due to a technical anomaly not attributable to Feijão Verde, this only entitles the customer to reschedule the party for another date, with no refund of the birthday party fee.

• Feijão Verde reserves the right to collect images in its space for support, brand promotion, and exclusive sale to its customers.

• Feijão Verde is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings, as well as gifts given to the birthday celebrant.

• Feijão Verde Fun Park offers a personal accident insurance with a deductible, supported by the customer, in the amount of 60 Euros.

• For security reasons, we only accept ATM payments in our fun parks.
